Pleasant small hotel. Exceptional staff at about 3am by the phone call the receptionist was having, silent and spotless rooms. Continental breakfast with exceptional food selection. Perfect and pleasant location for what I wanted and right by the property's restaurant. Also, in a tranquil residential area. My favourite property in Fleet.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and functional here with coffee making facilities and the bar and comfortable armchairs...

We think it's a perfect place for staying in Fleet. The units are fashionable, cheap.

Spacious and Quiet, with a nice relaxed atmosphere
The weather was hot, yet the heating was on!

Spacious room with a comfortable king-sized bed made settling in easy after a long day. Proximity to the town center offers a good range of dining options within walking distance.
The bathroom setup is awkward, with a tight squeeze that's problematic, especially when trying to navigate around the sink and toilet. Internet connection struggles tremendously. Some amenities, like toiletries, felt lacking for two people, which in my view could have been better provided given the price point for the room. The hotel feels a bit tired and could use a refresh to keep up with more modern expectations.

The double room and one of the single rooms booked were acceptable. The cooked breakfast was very good.
one of the single rooms booked was a bit 'pokey'

Despite arriving late in the evening our reception was friendly and helpful. we were able to have room service for my sister who required food.
I thought that the cost of a full english breakfast was a little high.

Hotel in old English manor house in the park. Good restaurant and good breakfast.
Way to the room too long and twisty.

very quiet location , plenty of parking , decent breakfast, free wifi/broadband , well kitted out room with good sized plasma and close to town with plenty of shops etc
my room was right next to the kitchen extractor fan which booome into life at 6.45am so not too bad

well-maintained grounds, reasonable room pricing, spacious lounge area
Disappointing bathroom layout affects comfort!!! Tight space with poor extraction and cheap toiletries diminish quality!!! Dining rules restrict where to eat. Long walk through stale corridors detracts from overall experience!!!

We were only there one night but found the experience lovely, it was very relaxing and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if in that part of the country in the future.

It is a comfortable hotel which is in a good location. Some of the decor is a little old but in general it is a pleasant place to spend the night.
It was a pity that a little more could not have been made of Easter breakfast ( even a tiny Cadburys mini egg would have done!) The chef needs to learn how to boil an egg!

The service and food in the restaurant were both excellent.
The vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast were very poor (basically the full English but without the sausage, bacon etc.)

Great old entrance hall, but the room was tired and grubby.
